Journey time: approx 15 minutes from J25/26 of M5 and 20 minutes from J27 of M5

From M5 southbound junction 25 (Taunton)
  • Travel through Taunton following signs to Minehead and Wiveliscombe and at the Cross Keys roundabout take the B3227 to Wiveliscombe.
  • Follow B3227 towards Wiveliscome through Norton Fitzwarren
  • Approx. 2 miles further on, look out for a long white cottage on the left-hand side and a lay-by
  • Turn in left between the cottage and the lay-by entrance through the grey metal gates (our sign is visible)
  • We are the first large cream and green building on the left with the domed roof
From M5 northbound junction 26 (Wellington)
  • Head towards Taunton/Wellington from the M5
  • At the next roundabout, take a right towards A38 Taunton
  • Approx. 2 miles along A38, take a left turn opposite the Worlds End pub towards Bradford-On-Tone
  • Travel through Bradford-On-Tone village over a narrow bridge towards Oak and Hillfarrance
  • Continue for several miles past Oak Manor Golf Course and the village of Oak to a T-junction
  • Turn right at T-junction onto B3227 towards Cotford St Luke and Taunton
  • Approx. 2 miles on, (just past a left turn to Cotford St Luke) take a right filter turn in between a lay-by and long white cottage through the grey metal gates and we are the large cream and green building with the domed roof on the left
